If for some reason you need to cancel your account with us, you must do one of two things.

If you paid by Paypal, log into your paypal account and cancel there.  These options will be located under your active subscriptions.

If you paid by 2 Checkout, you will need to send us a support request so we can process this manually.

Your username/password will always remain on our system, so in the future, you are free to add additional time as you need to.
